Cancellation and Refund

Donations and orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of the transaction. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted.

• If the donation was made by mistake.
• If the product received is damaged or incorrect.

To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of the transaction. Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days.

• Donations made after 24 hours.
• Services like pujas or events once performed.

Exceptions to this policy may be made at the discretion of Sri Swarna Vaarahi Trust in cases of unforeseen circumstances.
